The foundation of Oriane Lee’s consulting work lies with her sixteen year tenure as Program Director for Hollyhock, Canada’s Leading Holistic Learning Centre. That position at Hollyhock from 1990 to 2005 placed Oriane Lee at the forefront of experiential learning in North America, along with others who are midwife to an emergent consciousness that is forming positive change ~ personal, social and global. Oriane Lee supports her clients’ own vision with this context in mind.

Program Design for Individual Presenters

Oriane Lee’s calm, grounded, and understated demeanor camouflages an enormous amount of experience as one of the pioneering educational retreat center program directors in North America.

Lee came to Blackstone Ranch Institute in spring 2007 to help us formulate program strategies and options for our eco-retreat center. She tutored Susan on the details of how to set up program schedules and look after guests, looked at our facilities and produced a set of very specific recommendations about their best use, and worked with me to further develop a broad vision of how to develop our role in the world.

Oriane Lee moves easily between fine detail and broad vision, and has so much experience with interpersonal dynamics and personal development that she is able to provide emotional support and see hidden purpose in ways that are often undetectable.
